Children learn best when they are in safe, well-supervised environments. It is imperative that U-M provide a reasonably safe environment for children participating in programs/events sponsored by the university and make sure that others using university facilities for their activities do the same. This training is designed to provide sponsors and administrators with guidance about best practices with respect to operating programs/events that ensure the health and safety of children.
