If the program will be responsible for transporting children:
- Use university vehicles or university-approved charters
- Check motor vehicle records
- For each type of trip, identify who:
- decides whether the trip will be made
- selects the mode of transportation
- will be responsible for supervision of children/teens
- if anyone, oversees safety
- can cancel the trip
- has primary responsibility in an emergency
- will transport children/teens to their homes
