Effective September 14, 2021 the Children on Campus policy has been expanded to include all study team members who interact with children as research participants.

Sexual Abuse

  • Inappropriate sexual behavior
    • Intentional touching or contact that can be reasonably construed as being for the purpose of sexual arousal, gratification or any other improper purpose
    • Sexual penetration
    • Accosting, soliciting or enticing a child to engage in sexual acts
    • Actions of a sexual nature not involving contact (e.g. exposing a child to pornography)
